The godessarts gallery
The Goddessarts Gallery presents PORTRAIT — the largest exhibition so far, showcasing exceptional artists from across the globe. Among them, Grace Remondo, Visual Artist Photographer🌍🎨
This curated collection celebrates the many ways identity, presence, and human expression can be captured and transformed through art.
The Rebuilt Horizon
The cover of this photobook serves as the first light on a new horizon. It introduces the duality of the journey: the stark, silent landscapes of South Africa meeting the tactile, golden repairs of the survivor's narrative. To hold this book is to contribute to a physical inventory of what was once absent, now made present through gold, salt, and mica.

Crystallized Quiet.
A fine art portrait of a survivor captured from behind, showcasing her tattoos in a moment of profound reclamation. Her posture occupies the space between vulnerability and power—a quiet, seated strength that commands her own narrative. Layers of salt and mica create a shimmering, crystalline effect across the surface, symbolizing resilience and the luminous beauty of a life healed.
Artist Note: > "The horizon may begin in South African soil, but its light is meant for the world. To have these portraits featured in the Goddessarts Gallery is a powerful affirmation that there is no silence too deep to be broken, and no fracture that cannot be made beautiful through the reclamation of one’s own voice." Grace Remondo
Lifted
In 'LIFTED,' the survivor is captured in a gentle twist, looking toward a distant horizon. This ease of posture and the clear display of her tattoos suggest a profound sense of belonging and being at home within her own skin. Across the surface, a random dispersal of salt and mica creates the ethereal silhouette of wings—casting the survivor as a victor, held and elevated by an angelic presence.
